This was my first retreat with Maria at Roaming Spirit and I couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The Spring Equinox retreat came at the perfect time of year, emerging from the darker winter months, with a focus on rest and rejuvenation throughout. The rural setting was idyllic, the accommodation was beautiful, the catering was delicious and the yoga just perfect – with Maria’s soft, dulcet tones guiding our practice beautifully. The remote country walks were simply the icing on the cake. I returned feeling calm and refreshed, ready to book on again next year! Thank you Maria for a wonderful weekend.
